An unforgettable trip. The staff were professional, friendly and attentive. The eight-seat car was spacious and comfortable. We were picked up at the hotel lobby on time at eight o'clock and dropped off at two o'clock in the afternoon. It made the three-hour journey to Taiyo seem like two hours and one hour of driving. All rooms have balconies, allowing guests to appreciate and enjoy the tranquil beauty of Ha Long Bay. Tour was smooth since this service includes hotel pick up and drop off. Luxurious bus going to the port. Cruise ship is okay a bit small, not a lot of activities though. No beer available at the bar. Wifi not working, TV not working. But the staff were friendly.

This is a must see place. Ha long bay is stunning!! Rosy's Cruise was a pleasant stay with beautiful views and balcony to see the bay. Could offer more vegetarian options with the meal choices, they did their best but we left that as feedback for future patrons. Overall good experience.
