Very useful when traveling around Japan but the service strength is not consistent.
Getting the wifi inside the airport is super hassle free. I just went in the QL booth, showed them my code and then I signed the paper then I got my wifi. Wifi comes with a powerbank. Recommended to use if you don't know about the place you are going to. Signal is good though in some areas it's a bit slow but all in all will use again.
The pick up location in the New Chitose airport is the Baggage Counter right beside the escalator. Just show the Klook booking with your name and the person behind the counter will give you the wifi package already. No need to show passport or anything else when picking up or dropping off the package. Battery life is around 10hrs.
Always satisfied with this device. It’s our 2nd time to order and had the same reliable connectivity in Japan. Super hassle free pick up and return to airport of your choice. The wifi connection never slowed down (even up the mountains), truly unlimited data - we used it mainly for google maps and social media. Thanks Klook! I picked up the router at Chitose Airport. The pickup point was difficult to find as it's in an obscure part of the complex and the counter was shared with a luggage transfer counter. Otherwise, no complaints with the device. It worked well even in the more remote parts of Hokkaido. The wifi connection helped me find locations easily. Would highly recommend this service. Two Thumbs up!
