Activation procedure

  • For iOS: Click the 'Settings' icon and select the 'WiFi' button > Switch the WiFi button to 'ON' > Select the SSID code which is written on the router's label > Enter the password which is written on the router's label > Once you see a WiFi icon on the upper left side of your phone's screen and a checkmark near the SSID code, you are already connected
  • For Android: Click the 'Settings' icon > Click the 'WiFi' icon > Switch the WiFi button to 'ON' > Select the SSID code which is written on the router's label > Enter the password which is written on the router's label > Once you see a WiFi icon on the upper right side of your phone's screen, and a checkmark near the SSID code, you are already connected

Pick-up information

  • Present your voucher with your passport or photo ID when you pick up the device

Drop-off/return Information

  • It is possible to drop off the item at a location different from where it was picked up. Please select your drop off location at booking confirmation page.
  • You can return your device at any airport. Please drop it off in the return box located next to the counter for after-hours.
