    fast internet speed, the wifi arrived on time (it is already in the hotel receptionist when I checked in), very convenient, however the battery didn’t last very long and we have to charge it with powerbank 1-2 times when we’re outside

Pick up your Vietnam WiFi device as soon as you arrive at your city hotel, so there's no need to worry about missing the shop opening hours. Upon arrival at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hoi An or Hanoi, you will be asked to provide your identification and to show your redemption voucher when checking in. Once the information has been confirmed, you will receive your rental device that will enable you to enjoy unlimited 3G WiFi throughout Vietnam on Vinaphone, a reliable local network. Your portable WiFi will connect up to 8 devices and can last up to 6 hours on a single charge. At the end of your trip, simply pack your rental into the provided envelope and drop it off at the hotel front desk while you check out, the rest will be sorted for you. This is quite simply the most convenient and easiest way to stay connected while traveling in Vietnam!

Additional Information:

  • A fee of USD100 will be charged in case of lost or broken device
  • Please choose the day you wish to pick up the device in the calendar upon check out, as well as the number of days you intend to rent it for
  • There is no minimum rental required; if you use the rental for more days than you originally booked, you will be charged at the normal retail rate for the extra days until you return the device
  • Normal retail rate is USD7 per day
  • Charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
  • You will be charged all the days you are in posession of the WiFi device, regardless of connectivity
How To Use
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity

Pick Up/Drop Off Process:

Pick Up
  • The WiFi staff will leave the router at your hotel front desk at least 2 hours before you check in
  • Hotel front desk staff will provide you with the router after your identification and redemption voucher has been confirmed
Drop Off
  • You will pack the router into the provided drop off envelope and return it to the hotel front desk upon check out
  • The WiFi staff will then collect the router after you have checked out
Extension Procedure
  • Extension will be charged at USD7 per day
  • Please follow the steps as below:
  • (1) Please inform Klook Support team at least 48 hours before extension date
  • (2) Place your payment with the hotel front desk by 9:30am the next day
  • (3) WiFi device staff will collect payment from hotel
  • (4) Device will be valid for use during your requested extension period

Pick Up and Drop Off Location

  • Please provide your hotel address upon checkout
  • Please note that your hotel must be in Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hanoi or Hoi An
Cancelation Policy
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 72 hours prior to the activity

    It was really useful and internet had good coverage. The return was a bit confusing tho because it did not follow the 24hr logic. Overall, it was convenient.

    Service as advertised. Our WiFi dongle was given to us during our hotel check-in and there was no issue with connectivity throughout our use. Return was also simple, in a self-addressed envelope to be dropped off at hotel reception.
