    Looking for the booth was relatively easy but it is not always manned as I learned later. Fortunately for me, the person in charge was around, but I am not sure what would happen if my flight was delayed. Reception varied as I travelled from Shenzhen to Guangzhou and back.sometimes it just hanged for quite a while before loading again

When you are ready to go home, simply return the device at the airport before checking into your flight. Pro tip: make sure you don’t return the device late (after 5 days) or you will forfeit your deposit.

  • There is a minimum 3 day charge
  • Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
  • WiFi devices are usually available. In the rare event that all devices have been booked, you will be notified at least 1 day in advance by email
  • You will be charged for all the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you use the mobile data
  • According to local policy, please present your passport and take a photo of you holding it at the Airport Service Counter when you pick up the device
  • A penalty will be charged for late return (within 5 days) at CNY35 per day. Your deposit will not be refunded and the device will not be workable if it is returned later than 5 days
  • Customers will be liable for any damage/loss/theft of the device (up to CNY500). Please check the device carefully before leaving the service counter

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who use large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data usage limited at the discretion of the telecommunications company they are subscribed to
  • Please refrain from watching videos for a long periods of time, or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time
  • Operator will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period

Pick Up and Drop Off Locations:

  • Shenzhen Baoan International Airport (SZX) Terminal 3: Uroaming Counter, GTC Level 2 C-208 (Open 24 Hours)

Pick Up Process:

  • Present your printed or mobile voucher at the Airport Service Counter
  • You will be required to take a photo holding your passport at the Airport Service Counter as per local policies and regulations
  • Pay the CNY500 deposit (cash/credit card)
  • Receive the pocket WiFi device and start surfing! Check the first photo for usage instructions

Drop Off Process:

  • Return the device to the Airport Service Counter
  • Pay for any extra days used (up to 5 days)
  • If you return the device after the 5 day limit, no deposit return will be made
  • Your deposit will be returned if the equipment is returned in good condition and the router is returned within 5 days
Cancelation Policy
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made at least 72 hours prior to the activity

    Went to the counter upon arrival at the airport, found that it was unmanned with a small piece of paper barely noticeable on the desk saying to call a local number for collection of device. After trying to get someone to call that number for me, I found the lady who was supposed to be handing out the routers. She didn’t expect a collection that day and couldn’t find my name or booking number on her system. After some phone calls and frantic tapping on her device, she finally found my booking confirmation, but she was unable to give me a router because she didn’t have one that day. I asked if I could cancel the booking, she happily said yes and I could get a full refund. As my Klook account was linked to facebook, I couldn’t access it in china to check my booking status and if I could cancel my booking, so i trusted her. Fast forward 11 days later, back in the UK after my trip to China with no internet, I logged in to Klook to check my booking, only to find out that it is non-refundable. Extremely poor service and consistency. Poor planning and lack of professionalism. Would not recommend at all.

    There is no actual counter at the airport and you need to call the person to come over to meet you. Feel like illegal deal and there is no sign board at all.

    The person in charge was not in the stand, very unfriendly, did not speak English, could not take the deposit with credit card and demanded cash payment only!!! And finally, the router is horrible, very slow connection!!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

    The counter is closed. Need to call the number on the counter. Luckily i managed to find a local nearby to call on behalf. if not, without a sim car how can I make the call. bad management.

    bad too much, i found the counter but the customer service girl talked to me cannot get the wifi portable.

    Speed is fine. From T3 you need to walk a bit to GTC to collection point. Sometimes the staff is away and request you to make a call, which is tricky because you are a tourist without a sim card. The charging cable is loose, prepare your own standard android cable. However i would recommend getting a SIM card instead, cos without a phone number it’s not possible to use all the apps, and without using apps you basically can’t go anywhere or do everything. Well you can still, but very troublesome with higher cost. It’s a cashless and mobile heavy land anyway,

    I picked it up at Shenzhen but the wifi egg can't reach any network there. It was able to provide online service only when I reached Yunnan. Besides the charger didn't function properly.

    The wifi is great. The speed is good enough for normal surfing and browsing internet for information. Not advisable for viewing video or movie.
