La Casta 2D1N Cruise: Ha Long Bay & Lan Ha Bay

Unexpected Change, Wonderful Experience! My Halong Bay trip started with a small surprise when I was informed that the La Casta cruise was fully booked. However, the communication from the Klook agent was swift and helpful. They suggested the Grandeur Cruise as an alternative, which included the Route 2 itinerary (Titop Island & Sung Sot Cave) and an upgrade to an executive room at no extra cost—a great value! I am so glad I agreed! The Grandeur Cruise was fantastic. The itinerary was well-paced, and we participated in all the activities. The standout was our cruise manager, Peter, who went above and beyond to ensure everyone felt welcome and had all their questions answered. He truly elevated the experience. Thank you to the team for a smooth process and a memorable journey!

Cabin was amazing, very luxurious same as restaurant and hallway. Top deck was a bit disappointing though. Food choice was very big and it was tasty. Staff was amazing! Itinerary was bit on the bad side. For instance we boarded the main ship only at 1pm! Left it at 10:30 am next day. Feel like check in should happened way earlier.

The overall enthusiasm, hospitality, of the staffs were very top notch!! The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The food was delicious and we were fed abundantly over the whole of the trip. Regarding off cruise activities, I would like to say, there could have been 1 or 2 more activities, but if you are aiming for a calm and serene experience, this cruise is a must do!!

The boat and the cabin were excellent. Lovely and clean, the cabin wasn't overly large but it was spacious enough and the bed was comfortable and soft. The staff were friendly and attentive, with the food being top notch and plentiful. The itinerary for the first day was great with a good amount of planned activities vs your own time to relax, the second day felt a bit rushed with needing to disembark by mid morning, we actually wished we had booked to do a 2 night trip instead to have more time to enjoy the whole experience. Our only issue was that the onboard wifi didn't work, we were told by the staff that it comes and goes but we didn't have connection the entire trip which we needed was we had to arrange our onward travel so I suggest making sure that you can go without wifi before boarding. Overall it's a must do trip and I recommend La Casta and its crew for the journey.

It was a lot of fun! The room was clean and sanitary, the service was great, the food was good, and the room was big with a great view of Longwan. Super awesome! 👍👍

The best! great quality, the room very majestic, easy to book, value for money. we have good time in halong bay. we got lunch, sunset party snack, dinner, breakfast and brunch. Really love to get back again

Everything is great! The staff is lovely, the rooms are really clean and luxurious. The meals are plentiful and very good. The jacuzzi is really a plus! I recommend this company.

Had an amazing experience with family. Very well maintained rooms with amazing views of outside. Bathroom has a bathtub with outside view. Overall an excellent trip.

Generally the trip was well organized. The food was good, the cabins were comfy, however it was a little bit boring. During that stay we were allowed to be in the water for one hour only which is a shame if you are in such great place and can't swim. On the boat deck it was too hot to stay there ( and no option to cool off) so most people ended up just staying in bed in the room
