The first music festival I’ve attended, and I’m glad that it’s offered by Klook! Our tickets were easily accepted and no hassles were experienced while claiming our pass. Hopefully there are more music fests that Klook can cater to us from overseas.

It takes more than ten minutes to get off the ticket at the place where the train ticket (on the Cosmos Square station) gets off, but it takes a minute or two to get off at the main entrance when you get off the ticket (get off at Universal Studios). Arrived! The JTR counters for ticket exchanges are rarely queued and will be changed soon. The staff also know Chinese.
