- This product is a private taxi tour product with a local driver
- Please provide the full name on the passport for accident insurance
- Vehicles will be assigned automatically based on the number of passengers. To ensure a comfortable tour, please check the number of vehicles and luggage allowed based on the number of people joining the tour
- Vehicle upgrade costs: Sedan Car to MPV 500 THB / MPV to Van 800 THB / Sedan Car to VAN 1,300 THB
- If you would like to upgrade your vehicle, please contact us in advance
- Adding hours for using vehicle, there will be additional charge 200 THB/vehicle charge per hour. Please paid directly to the driver.
- Free transfer service in downtown Bangkok, Don Mueang Airport and nearby hotels.
- An additional fee of 200 THB/CAR, 300 THB /MPV,VAN applies to transfer services in Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), Samut Prakan, and nearby hotels. Fees to be paid on-site directly to your driver
- The driver will wait for up to 5 -10 minutes before leaving (no refund will be granted)
- The operator will reconfirm your pick-up time and exact vehicle at least 1 day prior to the tour. If you do not receive the message, please contact the service number listed on your voucher and the local agency will assist you
- For lunch, we recommended Central Ayutthaya or Shrimp Market. If you would like to have lunch at the other places, kindly inform us at the check out page, we will check and confirm the route.

- You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings

Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.
