highly recommend! It's a amazing experience for me to be with elephants and the beautiful nature. Although it takes a long ride to the sanctuary but it's very worth. The staffs in sanctuary take very good care to elephants. The guide speaks very good english and teach us a lot about how to take care elephant. Going there is just like a retreat from the city life to experience a sense of peace & harmony.

The best experience in Chiang Mai. The elephants are well taken care of and we had fun during our visit. Pick up and drop off time was right on schedule. Knowledgeable tour staff. I suggest more food choices for lunch.

We have so much fun with this activity, we’ll definitely try it again. We travelled on time and we arrived early onsite. Those elephants are lovely! We also got to bath with them on the river! :D
  • Rochelle 16 Dec 2018
My sister and I had such an AMAZING time. The guides were funny and friendly and you could tell they all loved the elephants. The mud bath was intimidating because it looks so dirty but ended up being amazing. Getting to know and learn about the elephants was a ton of fun.

What an awesome experience! You get to feed, play in the mud and bath these gentle giants. My girlfriend and I learned a lot about these elephants, we even make medicine for them. All the money goes to a great cause saving elephants from those who ride them for tourism and the circus.
  • CHEE KAI JAMES 13 Dec 2018
Wonderful experience with the elephants at close encountered. Get to understand how elephants eat so much daily. The morning session consist of feeding the elephants with baskets of banana, taking photo with them, mud bath and finally ended with a river bath. We also have a nice vegetarian meal before ending.

It was amazing! The best experience ever. The elephants are very well threatened, there’s no riding, the lunch is delicious, the activities are very funny and the staff are very funny and nice. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

A superb experience for my family with 2 daughters. Feeding, mud spa-ing and bathing with elephants. We were so lucky to meet a baby elephant who is 5 months old. Price is definitely cheaper with Klook. Slight confusion during pickup because driver did not put up any signage so our pickup got skipped. Good thing we called up the office. It's definitely a recommended tour for all.
