What to expect
Visit the historical city of Genoa, Italy's sixth-largest city and a beautiful city port to boot. Home to geniuses like Christopher Columbus and more, the port city is brimming with energy and creativity - a city that still exudes the charm of its glory days during the height of marine transportation. Starting with a walking tour through Genoa, this tour allows you to get lost in the narrow alleyways of the old city, while breathing in the fresh ocean air and taking in wonderful views of the city. After the guided walking tour, you will have some free time for lunch and to explore Genoa at your own pace. When you're done, head to the docks to hop on a mini cruise to the charming village of Santa Margherita in Dolphin's Gulf. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled, because you just might see some dolphins saying hi! From there, you will sail to Portofino, a beautiful fishing village lined with pastel-colored - arguably the gem of the Italian Riviera. Finally, you will be taken back to Santa Margherita, where you will board the coach and return to Milan.
