First, the counter should be near Gate 3 (you'll see SK Telecom opposite Arrival 1 when you exit), not Gate 1 as indicated on the Klook map (which is now a casino or another hotel counter). The Wi-Fi is very convenient and the signal is stable, enough for three phones to use. But bring a power bank, because with high usage throughout the day, it will run out of power by the afternoon.

best purchase! easy redemption and return. The receptionist asked for my passport and card, then printed out an agreement paper so device is guaranteed to be returned. Just use the airport navigation to locate the nearest SK counter. Signal is okay up to DMZ and Suwon, although there are times that Seoul free wifi is stronger than SK. Connected multiple devices, instead of one e-sim, is rly a good purchase!

Used the SKTelecom pocket WiFi for 4 days during my trip, and it worked great. The connection was fast and stable, even with multiple devices connected. Battery life can drop fast with some devices (mine did 😢), so having a power bank is a good idea. Just note: the included charger isn’t detachable from the adapter, so bring your own Type B cable if you want to charge it with a power bank. Picked up and returned the device at Jeju Airport, which was super convenient. Their booth opens at 7:00 AM, and there’s a return box available for early flights—huge plus! Booked through Klook for just 3,100 KRW per day, compared to 4,400 KRW/day if you rent directly. Definitely worth it for budget-conscious travelers who still want fast, reliable internet.

This is my 2nd time to avail the pocket wifi. They are 24/7 open in terminal 1 exit F. They also provided the powerbank. This is highly recommended. I will definetely avail this on our next travel in korea.

I was able to use it comfortably anywhere with no restrictions. Thanks to it, I was able to go sightseeing and eat at restaurants smoothly. If I kept the battery fully charged, I was able to use it for a whole day without it running out.
