Altitude at Banyan Tree Kuala Lumpur

The environment is very class and comfortable, the scenery is really beautiful, can view the KL Tower directly from my table without any blocking. Also can view the Twin Tower clearly. The Sakura Hi-tea is really worth it, foods decoration is beautiful and tasty too. Especially the Shiseido dessert, really cute design and yummy, surprise that a free Shiseido testing pack is free and Also free cash voucher of Rm50. Really thks to Shishedo 😉I really have an enjoyable time at Altitude. Sure will return again. Is the best Hi-tea in Town 😘🎉

Brought my mum for the Holiday Afternoon Tea and we both thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The service, ambience, view and food was 💯! One of the best high tea places in KL! Glad I managed to bring my mum to try their Holiday Christmas menu! Booking on Klook and redemption of the voucher at the restaurant was seamless. Glad I bought it through Klook!☺️

Staffs are attentive and friendly, food taste really good. They served the savory dishes first followed by the dessert plates, both were equally yummy and special. The view was good as we were facing the KL Tower. The price we gotten from Klook is cheaper than buying straight from the Hotel. Definitely worth it.

Having a good experience to have seen the fantastic building view while enjoying a cup of tea and desserts. Even though was raining heavily in the halfway. Definately will be back to visit again.

It was on the 53rd floor, the view is to die for. Though a little hot due to evening sun the restaurant is so elegant. Everyone was so pleasant from the concierge to the host to the waiters, pool attendants, phone operator. They even gave my friend a birthday surprise (super yummy chocolate cake) without even needing to check her IC. Received the Shiseido samples and of course the food was awesome. I like that it is not overly sweet and the balance between savoury and sweet is achieved. Overall perfect.

The service is really good, the staffs were all really nice. Tried the pomegranate oolong tea and its veryyy nice, it is refillable too. I would say 75% of the food suits my palate. The bread from the sandwich was dry. The macaron wasn't nice. Some food was mediocre. I like the sweets more. The strawberry jam is nice hehe. Can takeaway the leftover. Environment wise is good, we called the hotel after booking via klook to make sure we can be seated in the window seat. Can view KL tower and KLCC (abit). Overall its a good experience.

This is my second time here. Brought my sister and close friend to experience high-tea at this wonderful place. Not just because of the view or ambiance but the food they serve was great! Especially the angus burger! That was the highlight of the hi-tea. Will come again to try out their different theme.

Food is good which ranges from savoury to sweet. As for the view, it’s really spectacular as you can see KL Tower and KLCC too. And lastly, their service is superb, very attentive and polite staff. Would highly recommend this place for high tea!

Awesome view! Staff was the best, gave us top class service and great hospitality. The afternoon tea selection was also good.
