Vehicle Options:

• Vehicles will be arranged according to the number of passengers and luggage. Please accurately fill out the number and size of your luggage at the checkout page. Klook and the operator will not be responsible if the assigned vehicle cannot fit your traveling requirements on the day because they were not correctly indicated upon booking

Number of passengers and luggage:

• Children and infants require a seat and no separate child seats are provided.
• Each person (including children and infants) can bring one piece of luggage, with a standard luggage size of 24-inches. For each additional 28-inches luggage or baby stroller/wheelchair, the available seating capacity will be reduced.
• Luggage that over 26 inches is classified as two 26-inch pieces of luggage (occupying two seats)
• Baby strollers or wheelchairs are considered as one piece of luggage, equivalent to one passenger. If you are bringing a baby stroller or wheelchair, please provide relevant information on the booking page.
• The vehicle type will be determined based on the number of passengers and luggage. Please indicate the accurate luggage quantity on the payment page.

Airport transfer service:

• This package provides one-way transportation between the airport and the ski resort.
• Please note that this package must be booked together with other private car rental packages within this activity. It is not valid for separate bookings.
• The vehicle type for the airport transfer service is the same as the private car rental for the ski resort.
• For each person removed from the transfer, an additional 24-inch luggage can be accommodated.

Important notes:

• Infants and children are counted as passengers.
• Please note that child seats are not available for this service.
• Please note that this service is for one-way private car rental. If you require round-trip transfers, please book separately.
• Elderly individuals, pregnant women, and patients must use this service with a guardian or caregiver accompanying them.
• You can choose this activity if you are using a wheelchair or baby stroller, but they will be considered as one additional passenger.
• Please leave your contact information and instant messaging app details (WeChat/WhatsApp/Line ID) on the booking page for communication purposes.
• The driver will contact you at least 24 hours before the scheduled transfer time. Please ensure that the driver can reach you through the provided contact information (e.g., ensure your mobile phone has international roaming activated or your Line ID is set to visible).
• If the driver fails to contact you, please contact the event organizer promptly.
• If the driver cannot reach you after the free waiting time, your participation in this trip will be considered canceled.
• This activity does not include insurance. It is recommended to purchase travel or accident insurance before your trip.

• Please indicate at checkout page if you wish to rent or purchase the following services. Additional fees should be paid directly to the driver in cash and no receipt will be provided

Overtime charges

• Please note that if the actual waiting time exceeds the free waiting time, an overtime fee of KRW 15,000 per hour will be charged. Charges less than 1 hour will be counted as 1 hour.
• All additional fees must be paid in cash to the driver on-site, and no receipts will be provided.
• Airport pickup service allows 90 minutes of free waiting time, starting from the flight arrival time.
• Airport drop-off service allows 30 minutes of free waiting time, starting from the scheduled drop-off time.
• Out of service time: Before 8am / After 10PM - KRW 50,000/hrs
• Over time: KRW 25,000/hrs

Ski Clothes Rental

• Skiing top: KRW20,000
• Full set of skiing clothes: KRW30,000

Surcharge:

• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver (no receipt will be provided)

Additional Waiting Time

• KRW15,000 per hour
• The driver will wait up to 60 minutes from your scheduled pick up time. If you are not present and cannot be reached, you will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be given
