Blue lagoon was truly epic!

The Klook QR code wouldn't scan at all at the gate. The only way I could get it to scan was by using the 'Add to Google Wallet' button from the email sent directly by the official provider. I almost wasn't able to get in.

A very beautiful place with free parking. They check your voucher upon entry, and it's a great experience.

They only stated the pickup and drop-off locations without providing detailed information about the vehicle or the return trip schedule. After finally boarding, the driver asked me for my ticket, and I realized that Klook had never provided any boarding voucher from the very beginning.

The facilities, service, and arrangements at the Blue Lagoon were fantastic! I am deducting a star because of issues with the shuttle service. First, the service instructions were not clear enough; I booked the 3:00 PM shuttle, but that is actually the departure time from the BSI Bus Terminal. For other pickup points, you definitely have to wait half an hour early. The pickup instructions didn't make this clear, and when we arrived at 2:45, the bus had already left! Fortunately, we later contacted Klook customer service, and they helped sort it out for us. Additionally, this service includes the Destination Blue Lagoon bus, but I was only sent the entrance barcode for the Blue Lagoon and not a separate barcode for the bus itself. This caused the driver to initially refuse to let me board, and showing him the Klook barcode didn't help at all!! We kindly request that the provider improve this by offering clearer and simpler vouchers. Otherwise, being in a foreign country where you might not even speak the language can really ruin the travel experience!

the blue lagoon is just amazing!!! the staff is nice and helpful !! But one things kindly reminder please don’t join the pick up and drop off bus service , you better book a car or take the normal bus to go better then pay extra of the packages of this bus , there was no service , and you never know when the driver will come , as pick up we on time as scheduled to wait , but waiting for 30min with no msg you just can’t find any ppl , and the driver is so rude ,then we want to back to the hotel you never can find the driver or ppl to ask what time is the back time of the bus service ,I’m extremely not recommend to extra pay of the bus pick up and drop of , is useless and waste the time !!!!

I chose the comfort package, it was good enough for me, but not included bathrobe, I suggest to buy one, because it’s really cold after the hot spring bathing. Amenities were sufficient, included a locker, towel, hair dryer, conditioner, shampoo and shower gel in washroom, lotion as well. there was a good experience, the lagoon is larger and beautiful, different area may experience different temperature in the lagoon, it was funny, and there are two sauna as well. There are several peak hour timeslot like 11am-12pm, 15pm-17pm would be full booking,so if your travel plan is packed, book the preferred timeslot earlier. And there are souvenir shop in front if the entrance, if you forget to bring a swimsuit, you can buy in there.
