- Only vans are wheelchair-accessible. The other vehicles are not. Please note that one wheelchair will count as one standard-sized luggage
- If you are unable to find the driver at the airport pick up location by the reserved pick up time, please call the contact number listed on your voucher
- You must enter your planned itinerary at checkout
- Please note: The address and name of your accommodation (e.g. hotel or villa) must be stated clearly at checkout. No refund will be issued for delays or failure in pick-up due to incomplete information
