- Driver details will be sent via WhatsApp by 21:00 one day before the tour
- Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are from Hotels/Residences located within a 5 km radius from Twin Towers, as most of the hotels are located around there
- If you are staying out of Kuala Lumpur City Centre, kindly take a taxi/Grab and wait for us at Corus Hotel Kuala Lumpur. If you need pick-up from outskirt hotels, you may talk to the local operator about the additional charges which can be paid directly upon pick-up

Confirmation
- You'll get confirmation within minutes. If you don't see any confirmation, reach out to our customer support.
Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
Booking changes policy
- Change are allowed until 24 hour(s) before activity starts
- The booking can’t be changed if it was booked with Klook Pass, under pre-sales or comes with a freebie.
- The booking cannot be changed if the voucher has not yet been issued.
- Bookings made using SG Culture Pass or Taiwan Culture Points cannot be changed.

How to use
Voucher type

Pick-up information
- Arrive at the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your selected pick up time
- Enter your hotel name and address at the checkout page
- The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes before leaving (no refunds after this time)
- Pick up time:
- 08:30
- Coverage locations: The rate includes round-trip transfers from hotels within Kuala Lumpur City Center and Bukit Bintang area only
- 12:30
- Please refer to the list for the only available areas for pick ups outside of Kuala Lumpur City Center and Bukit Bintang area. There is a surcharge of RM60 per way, to be paid in cash directly to the driver
- Pick ups from KLIA or KLIA 2 are not available at the moment
- The operator will send you an email or a message through WhatsApp with your driver details 12 hours prior to your pick up time
Usage validity
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
