Terrible! It was cancelled last minute due to "not enough persons booked" ! Your provider would not even help us find any alternative. I demand for a refund and the RM150 to reimburse our taxi service to Genting.

It was awful! It was cancelled last minute and your provider would not give us any alternative! DISGUSTING! You not only need to refund but also cover our additional damages/expenses for the last minute cancellation.
