Gim Tim Restaurant in Ang Mo Kio

Great customer service. Called me to confirm my reservations. They allowed me to do takeaway during current covid situation. Very friendly and courteous staff! I like the wasabi prawns, sweet and sour soup. If you do takeaway for fried rice, do note that fried rice becomes mushy and soggy quickly so do open up the box to let go of steam.

Customer service is excellent. All the service staff are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and environment are good too. Food is not bad but variety can be improved. Overall experience is good.

Gim TIm has been pleasant to allow changing of date of redemption. As the condition of covid19 escalates, we approached GimTim again to request for take away, and GimTim again granted our wish. The takeaway food are ready on time and are nicely packed to prevent leakage. Will definitely patronize Gim Tim , and Klook of course if there is this such discount again.

Old-school Cantonese restaurant in the Ang Mo Kio area. Used the voucher to buy some food for a family celebration. Nothing too special to shout home about; food is decent but rather expensive for the quality and portion size.

Overall the food was alright. Went on a Sunday but there were not much people only us and another table. The staffs kept looking at us while we were eating and it can get quite uncomfortable. Choices of dishes were also limited.

Food is ok. Had better zichar. Price is slightly on a higher side compared with normal zichar. Location also not near mrt. Will probably not go there again. 😂

Food is alright. Service is bad from the moment I called to make reservation. Upon arrival, I was told that I can only use 1 voucher for each bill, which nothing was mentioned on the terms & conditions. During payment, they deducted 2 vouchers ($80 x 2) from my account. (they said earlier that their computer system can only use 1 voucher for each bill). And they have also deducted the balance payment from credit card. The most ridiculous part was they told me that they cannot refund the overcharge of $80 and I have to leave the money with me and use it during the next visit. Do they really think that I would go there again? The staff also became impatient and unhappy with me when she had to solve her own mess she created. They eventually refunded the overcharged amount when I insisted on it. So can be done right? Conclusion: The staff needs a lot of improvement and they don't seem to know their work. And they are also not very polite when they had solved the problem which they have created themselves.

Called a week in advance to reserve the crab. After placing our order, we were told the crab reserved wasn’t fresh and hence cannot be served. Option given by staff was to replace crab with duck. After some negotiation, was allowed to change to other items. Not even sure if same value and entire experience was unpleasant.

Despite being early, I was given a corner table facing the stacks of chairs and besides the common table with utensils. Found a spider on my glass. I asked to change and waitress informed they give my table to another earlier group. It was a bad experience and will not return.
