For our family trip to Paris with three preschool-aged children, we booked Eiffel Tower summit access + a Seine River cruise through Klook. I was worried about the schedule because our children are young, but Klook's detailed guidance and support via KakaoTalk during the booking process were a great help in preparing for and executing our trip. In particular, we had a wonderful time with our children thanks to our friendly English-speaking guide at the Eiffel Tower. The panoramic view of Paris from the summit was truly an unforgettable experience. Unfortunately, due to rainy weather on the day of our visit, the Seine River cruise was canceled because of flooding. However, I'd like to express my gratitude to the local Klook partner, The Touring Pandas, for their kind and prompt responses to our inquiries. Thanks to them, we were able to have a happy family trip to Paris with our three children. I highly recommend Klook to any family travelers planning to visit the Eiffel Tower in Paris.

I hesitated because of the slightly high price, but it turned out to be the best choice! Especially, the female guide who took us to the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower observation deck was so kind! She was fluent in English, French, and Spanish! She was very friendly and gave us various explanations! At the observation deck, she guided us to the locations of famous Parisian buildings, making the tour of the observation deck perfect! Thanks to her guidance, I was very satisfied with this tour! I highly recommend it to everyone!! I regret not asking for the guide's name!!! And be sure to go up the Eiffel Tower for the night view!! It's truly the best 😀

The experience on the second floor was so satisfying, it felt like it could have been the top floor! We had booked tickets to the very top, but our English-speaking guide accompanied us only to the second floor. Due to time constraints for our next appointment, we had to give up on going to the top floor, even though we had already queued for the elevator, and descended from the second floor. We had a 9:30 AM reservation and were done on the second floor around 11:30 AM! (Going to the top floor would have involved queuing for the elevator afterward.) Also, there are fewer elevators to the top floor, and the distance to the top is considerable. The top floor seems much smaller compared to the second floor, so I imagine there are crowd limits and it takes even longer. Therefore, if you plan to go to the top floor, I recommend allocating about 4 hours for the entire experience, including the descent! *Update: On the first floor, there are two souvenir coin machines with six designs, each costing 2 euros, and we tried those out too! Unlike the ones in Japan, these are made quite slowly, but it was worth making them!! Service: There were monuments (first photo) that we could only see because we took the stairs, and I was glad we climbed them.

Great experience! our guide Kat was very knowledgeable and lovely and guided us on the first two floors of the tower. We were then free to access the summit which, although was cloudy was still cool to go up there. Overall, I can highly recommend this experience for first-timers to Paris! ☺️

The tour guide quickly finished explaining, and then we departed. There was a wait in line, so if you want to see the daytime view, you need to buy a ticket for at least 7:45 PM or earlier. I went up at 8:45 PM, and it was already a night view. It was very cold at the top, so bring long sleeves!

Booking convenience with Klook: Very good. Service: Although the tour guide was 15 minutes late for the scheduled meeting time, fortunately, we had booked the earliest entry time, so there was plenty of time. We were still among the first visitors to enter, and there weren't too many people when we were taking photos. Experience: Under the guidance of the tour guide, we entered the Eiffel Tower through the pre-booked lane, which was very smooth and allowed us to avoid long queues!

Visited the Eiffel Tower up to the second floor and it was an incredible experience! The views over Paris were absolutely amazing — truly breathtaking from every angle. Access was easy and well-organized, which made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. We also had a really nice guide who shared interesting insights and made the experience even more memorable. Definitely a must-do when in Paris!
