  • Seats are reserved automatically. If you want to select a new seat, you are allowed to change your seat a maximum of three times. Please follow the instruction

  • There is no need to redeem at the ticket office. Please open the link on your voucher and present it to the station staff when you board the train.

How to use

  • Confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address once the reservation is completed
  • Click on the URL provided in the confirmation voucher
  • Click the blue arrow next to your ticket
  • QR code will appear on the departure day
  • Present the QR code to the station staff. If the staff is unavailable, please board the train and proceed to your reserved seat
