I went to see Klook staff to ask for list of restaurant. Then she told me she doesn't know. I asked her if I need to exchange the voucher to card. She told me just show the voucher, don't need to exchange. I went up to food center and show the voucher to cashier. Cashier told me that they stop service with Klook. Ok then I went down to asked support from Klook. She took me 20" with my phone and told me that she can't do anything with it. She told me to contact directly with Klook. So I wondered that who is she? Why did she wear Klook uniform and stayed at Klook booth but she is not Klook staff? I was really really hungry and angry. I almost gave up. But I tried to go to Siam information desk in case they know something about it. Luckily, they just ask me for voucher, filled in the password and done. They give me card with list of restaurants which I can use the card. And Magic food center is in the list as well. Then I went up again with others cashier booth and done. I have a meal after almost 01 hour. And please don't think that maybe miscommunicated between me, Klook staff and cashier. Because I spoke in Thai language with them. I went back Thailand this time for my graduation day.
