- Standard Luggage Weight: No single bag may weigh more than 30kg or 66lbs. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces

- Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags can be accommodated. Please indicate this upon checkout
- Oversized baggage such as the balikbayan box is equivalent to 2-3 luggages. Due to the size of the balikbayan box, please request assistance from a porter at NAIA to assist in loading the box. Any damage to the items will not be shouldered by the operator
- You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit

Arrive alertly morning flight 4 am Alamo is hard to find go outside and across the street and down to next level. Small Woden stand but not staffed at my time of arrival. Lick I had a SIM card and found a number in my emails that’s was answered quickly. Car arrived fast but was old and smelled a bit driver got a little lost as to exact location of hotel did not have gps Overall at that time of day I suspect a taxi or grab would be cheaper and faster

The driver arrived on time and helped with baggage. Since it was early Sunday morning, the Manila traffic was much lighter than usual. He drove safely, but that where the good trip ended. Klook had asked us to verify our flight details, airline, flight number and time. We pulled up to the terminal, got out, tipped the driver well, and off he drove. Then we proceeded towards the terminal, only to be told after showing our e-tickets, our flight was out of terminal #4. We had to take another cab to get there. Fortunately for us, we were plenty early, and easily made the flight. KLOOK - if you ask to verify flight information, pass it onto the driver, so he can take the passengers to the correct terminal!
Bad experience. driver no show. Had to call him and he had no idea which terminal I am , even tho he had my flight details. Didnt respond to SMS , and had to call him on the phone. When I informed the driver that I was at T3, his reply was, " I am in Terminal 1" I think the driver expected me to walk to T1 instead of him driving to me at T3. And to make matters worse, he could not locate the hotel. Drove around twice.
