Luggage Services

• Pick up time for luggage delivery from the hotel to the airport must be at least 2 hour(s) before your flight departure time. Any extra cost due to an urgent request will be paid by the customer
• Luggage Weight Limit: No single bag may weigh more than 32kg or 71lbs
• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Each piece of luggage should not exceed 32 inches (180 cm in total length, width and height)
• Luggage can be in the form of suitcases, cartons, backpacks or bags (briefcases). No combined luggage in any form is accepted.
• We will seal and tag each piece of luggage to ensure its safety

Additional information

• Please hand carry your passport, flight documents and other important personal items
• For luggage delivery from hotel, you may leave the hotel after taking photos of your luggage and storage receipt. The driver does not necessarily collect your luggage at the time you drop it off at the concierge
• If your luggage does not meet legal requirements, it will be refused even if the booking is a success. Customers will bear all losses, legal liabilities, and consequences that occur
• Please check your luggage upon pick up. Take a photo if you find something wrong for consultation with our customer service staff. After the luggage is confirmed as received, the service is complete and the operator no longer bears any responsibility
• The luggage insurance covers relevant costs incurred by delay, loss, and damage, and does not include luggage handle and wheel damage, accommodations or airfare costs
• If the customer adds extra luggage on the day of delivery, the additional luggage fee will be charged according to the price on the luggage agent official website
• If the luggage is delayed in delivery, we will send it to the customer's designated address via Fedex or DHL. Baggage agent to bear the cost

• Luggage service to and from the airport: Please check the confirmation email sent by LuggAgent
• Luggage service to and from the hotel: You can deliver it through the hotel concierge, no need to wait for someone to deliver it specifically
• Luggage service shipped from the hotel: The time of luggage delivery is not the time the driver picks up the luggage, please take a photo of the luggage and the storage slip before leaving the hotel
