  • Please download the GoPro app so that the data in your device can be transferred into the app and can be downloaded to your smartphone

Additional information

  • Return deliveries are available anywhere in Japan, including Okinawa and isolated islands in Okinawa, for as long as the area has 7-Eleven or Family Mart
  • Packages must be intact and well-maintained upon return. Damaged, lost, or stolen materials and mailing label will be rejected and additional charges may incur
  • Delivery to Airbnbs and residences in Japan are not available
  • Please provide with the information of your hotel name, its address and contact number when you book via Klook. The package will be delivered straight to the front desk of your hotel approximately a day prior to your date of arrival
  • For any inquiry of device usage, please directly contact the operator via LINE or email. LINE messages during business hours will be replied to within an average of 15 minutes

  • Initial failure upon receipt: A replacement device or full refund will be issued in this case. Only acceptable on the exact pick up date. Please note that you are not able to get refunds or replacements if initial defects are found after the date of receipt
  • Spontaneous failure in normal use: If the device suddenly turns off or the screen does not turn on, please contact the support center via LINE immediately. Once confirmed, full refunds will be issued
  • Device damage or failure caused by external forces: You will be charged a compesational fee up to JPY2,000
  • Irreparable damage or failure, theft, or loss: 100% of the market selling price of the device
  • An extra rental fee will be charged if the device is returned late
