I arranged this transfer for my father, who was travelling alone. We specifically requested a Mandarin-speaking driver if possible, and luckily this was possible. This made everything much easier, as my father could communicate with the Driver Jason in Cantonese, while I could communicate with him in English via WhatsApp from Germany.
Unfortunately, my fatherโs flight was delayed, and there was also a delay with the baggage collection at Kuala Lumpur International Airport. Jason was very patient and understanding throughout the whole process. He waited for my father, kept an eye out for him and regularly kept me updated via WhatsApp, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.
