we are happy with the tour guide who is helpful and patient to wait for us. the car is clean and comfort.
operator sent us the wrong start timing. tour guide was proficient in japanese, but we are english speakers. we had a good time at the floating market and the snake mountain. but we did not get much info about the places we visited. we rushed from place to place, and ended up 1 hour early at the night light festival (5pm). obviously the night light festival starts at night, no point going there at 5pm when there is sunlight. the plan should start later, spend less time at the floating market, and more time at the night light festival. that festival was beautiful and we couldnt enjoy it thoroughly
