We learnt to cook some simple yet amazing flavoured dishes! Our teacher spoke English well and was very informative. We did a guided market tour which was really informative and helpful, welearnt about a lot of the ingredients in Thai cooking and what they are used for, then cooked our delicious dishes. We both loved the experience and would definitely recommend anyone to do it for themselves!
The teacher was fun, diligently explaining everything in detail and encouraging us to take pictures and record everything! The shopping at the market and the introduction to the plants in the garden were also enjoyable!

literally a private class for me as i was the only participant. Went to the local market and i bought their mangoes which was so sweet. And went over to host house to cook, she was lovely and the 3 dishes were easy to cook and delicious, will recommend.
