Guide needs to improve on her command of English - we had a hard time understanding her. However, choice of attraction is superb, especially if you are visiting Thailand for the first time and want a different experience seeing & eating at the local markets. Will recommend for its value for money

What To Expect

Explore Thailand’s iconic floating markets on a fun whole day tour and get immersed in the authentic local life. The three markets on the itinerary are Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, Maeklong Railway Market and the weekend Amphawa Floating Market. You can choose to see it all in a day or go with a more relaxing option of visiting just two markets. Damnoen Saduak is the biggest and most famous floating market in Bangkok while Maeklong Railway Market offers a unique shopping experience that is interrupted by a train regularly running right through the market space! Watching the tracks go from being completely covered in market stalls, to the shop owners pulling in their wares before setting up all over again in a matter of seconds is a true sight to behold! Amphawa Floating Market is another authentic floating market popular with the locals for weekend shopping. Part guided by a friendly and informative guide, and part free time for you to explore on your own, the tour also includes other itinerary highlights including Wat Bang Kung and Thai Boxing Temple.

My experience was great! The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. There was no communication barrier as she was able to understand and converse in English. She shared with us where to find nice food and recommend massage places at the floating market. She was also flexible in the schedule. I thought the time at each location was very well managed. I like it because the tour guide did not rush us to the next location. As for the places of attraction, I think it's worth to take a look at the floating market. I enjoyed the boat ride and was glad that I managed to see the fireflies for the first time. All in all, I enjoyed the whole trip and would recommend it to others! :)

It was good experience for first time visit to Thailand. But maybe the date that we choosed was during most countries holidays month so the place were so packed with visitors. For Muslim travellers, you have to be well prepared because most of the places was hard to find halal food or Muslim friendly. The tourist was very kind as he tried very hard to pleased everyone. Thank you for the hospitality and experience.

WOW !! Where do I start ? ... The journey to the first stop is something you might wanna consider taking time to rest (it's gonna be ablong day). The first floating market takes you to a narrow canal cruise along a cultural experience. Look for the hot noodle soup boat it's fantastic! Don't eat at the restaurants. The temples side trip wasn't as impressive. The last floating market is where you have your river prawns at B150.00 a plate of 5pcs. I had 2. It's cheaper than anywhere else! After the market area tour you travel at dawn to see the fireflies. It may seem boring but I just enjoyed the boat ride at night after a heavy meal. Try those soft chiffon bread store before heading back to the city.

places we went to: damnoen floating market, maeklong railway market, forgot the name of the temple, then ampawha floating market. tour was worth the price. tour guide was very energetic and kind. you have a lot of free time in the market so you will be able to buy what you need/want.
