The trip was efficient and ample time was left for us to explore the historic village! Our guide was very friendly and helpful. Definitely check out the observatory and visit the mural village!

As expected, this tour filled my hunger for food and knowledge. I was able to taste traditional Korean cuisine. The bibimbap and galbi were superb. The choco pie from PNB was also a filling dessert that I had to bring home one box of these delicious things. I also had the opportunity to visit the Jeondong Catholic Church; at first glance, it has a French vibe to it mainly because of its origin. I was able to enter the Gyeonggijeon Shrine and admire the artifacts in the Royal Portrait Museum. Our tour guide, Jones, was patient and informative. He gave us historical tidbits about Korea, specifically Jeonju and some parts of Seoul. In the past tours I've booked with KTOURSTORY, I think Jones is one of the best tour guides that they have.

I booked this tour for my parents, who were visiting Korea on their own. They loved it that the pick up is near their hotel, and the place was beautiful and cute! Although it was raining, they enjoyed themselves nonetheless.

Have fun wearing traditional Korean Hanbok for the family and take pics with some old buildings, despite of a long bus ride that takes close to 3 hours each way.

Had great time at Jeonju, we experienced unusual cold weather 7Dec2018 there. Seo is a great tour guide. Worth the trip, Except on the way back to Seoul, the traffic is SUPER DUPER heavy on Friday.

It was a nice experience to somehow see how the traditional Korean houses and clothes look like. It’s a relaxing day in the area since we were given 4 hours to explore. We had ample time to sample their famous food of Bibimbap and different kinds of choco pie... it was nice of our tour guide, Seo, to bring us to the view deck where we can see the whole old village.

Arrived at Hanok Village on time but going back to Seoul took 4 hrs because of the traffic (tour guide already told in advance that going back gonna take a longer time). Going back, I have to go to Hongdae asap at that time so I decided to get off at Dongdaemun Culture Park Stn to Hongdae by train to save a time. Hanok village itself has a beautiful scenery. You can feel the traditional vibe there with people wearing hanbok & you get a good 3hrs+ to explore the village before going back to Seoul.

My teenage daughter and I really enjoyed this place! Make sure you check the weather before booking this tour as you will be outdoor all day, strolling around this village. I recommend renting hanboks, there are many hanbok rental stores within the village, so take your time finding one that you like. It was a really nice place to take pictures. There were many local school age visitors who all dress in hanboks, some boys dressed in female outfits and it was interesting. We also had local famous dish bibibap for lunch. The ride was long: 3 hrs to the village and took us 4 hours back due to traffic. I appreciate our guide Patrick gave us a hassle free journey, we knew it could be very difficult for us to get there ourselves.

Patrick was my guide and he’s awesome! It’s a pity that many of the guide/explanation in this traditional village are all in Korean and no other translation. Couldn’t understand most of them. And slight unfortunate that there was a bad traffic jam for us on the way back to Seoul that day. Nevertheless it’s an interesting experience and fun to explore
