Very fun place! You can enter and exit as many times as you like throughout the day. The children love it very much and have played each game more than ten times. Especially like bumper cars
This is my first unpleasant experience with Klook. I bought a ticket on the same day, but after waiting for 20 minutes, it was not confirmed and could not be used. I was anxious to catch my flight, so I had no choice but to ask the on-site staff for help. The staff immediately helped me buy online. Tickets can be confirmed immediately after purchase, and you can enter immediately. If you purchase the ticket at 11:07, you will get the code at 11:08 and you will enter immediately. Klook can only explain that it will be confirmed within 24 hours. I have already boarded the flight within 24 hours. I can only sigh. There is no refund. I spent double the price of the ticket. I advise you to read the terms carefully before buying.

Enough games but not enough staff, the entrance lady almost did not know how to process the Klook reservation. We got in eventually, as business is not good that evening, no queue. But has to wait sometimes for staff to come. Staff willing to assist and help but understaffed. Can skip if limited time in Shanghai, can try if really wants these big games and 3D rides.
After arriving, it took time to queue up to change the ticket. The staff said they didn't know how to change the ticket. They hadn't heard of "klook". It took at least half an hour to change the ticket and enter the venue! On-site facilities are good, fun
