About this product

  • For same-day booking, please book at least 4 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
  • Select the number of days you need when booking. If you decide to keep the device longer, those extra days will be charged at original retail price upon return
  • Days are calculated and charged inclusively. If you pick up the device on Thursday and return it on Monday, a total of five days will be charged
  • Days are calculated and charged regardless of whether or not you are using the service
  • A deposit of MYR 350 will be charged upon pick up. The deposit will be refunded after the device is returned

Usage reminder

  • Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
  • Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
  • 4G will be reduced to 3G once you’ve reached the maximum data allocation, and will return to 4G speed with consumable data at 12:00am, the next day
  • For assistance or changes to your device rental during the rental period, please contact the operator through WhatsApp at +60 16-303 8380 (24 hours, text only)
  • You may also call the operator's customer hotline at +60 11-1700 0813, available from 9:30am-6:30pm every Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays)

  • Minimum rental days will be 3 days
  • Malaysian passport holders are not required to make a deposit
  • Non-Malaysian passport holders are required to make a refundable deposit of MYR350, to be paid by either cash or credit card
  • Return the device to your selected drop off point
  • For Non-Malaysian passport holders, you will be refunded the full MYR350 deposit within 7 working days should everything be in order
