Rented this device for my Italy trip. Went to Rome, Venice, Cinque Terre, Florence, Milan and Pisa. It was hassle free process during pick up and drop off, the location also easy to locate and it’s 24 hours, really convenient for those travelling at wee hours. The device also worked as advertised, the internet was enough though not the fastest. The battery was amazing - lasted long. Recommended as it’s cheaper than buying a sim card.
Good service, easy exist especially in Istanbul coverage very excellent everywhere either as far as at the Kartepe Mountain, price are reasonable and worth money. Look forward to rent it again in the future.

A must if you’re traveling around Turkey! Hassle free pick up at the Istanbul airport, coverage was great and we used it all around Turkey. This is definitely something you should consider picking up if you need stable internet connection while traveling around the country, made our trip much more convenient. Will definitely book this again
Reliable services throughout the renting period. Easy to get it, easy to use and easy to return. Luckily I checked the first one at the time of received and it seemed a bit faulty, and get the replacement right away.
Others were telling me to buy a unit instead of renting, but the rate given to us by klook was so good that we couldn’t Resist just renting one! The pick up point was easy to get to in the San Francisco airport and it was also the same spot where we returned it. My husband waited for me with all of the luggage but in hindsight he could have just come with me to get it. While lining up to check in to our return flight, I was able to return it easily. Convenient and cheap! The internet itself was enough though not the fastest, it helped us get around with google maps and Uber. The battery was amazing as when we would get home from a full 12 hour day out, the battery was depleted by only 1/4!
Pick up was smooth at the airport arrival hall, and it was cheaper than buying a SIM card in our case. It comes with a pouch that we can keep it in the backpack while we travel. Internet speed was fast. I will purchase again if it's cheaper than SIM card in the future.
Easy collection and drop off point. It was 24 hrs open which is really convenient. No lots of documentation to fill up or something.. Just simply show the voucher code and they will hand the device to you. The connection was great even in remote areas like in the snowy mountain of Bursa with 5 of us using the device at the same time. Internet connection is really needed in Istanbul especially when taking taxi, not to missed your direction & save you from over price taxi fare
