The bus tour was very good. We had had better understanding of the city and the iconic places. however the audio guide did not sync with the places where the bus was and sometimes we had to guess which structure the guide was talking about. In general was good to try if you were new to Taipei.

Travel feels when you experience an easy city tour with Hop off Hop on bus. Exact time and location of pick up points. Safe driving and despite the rains the bus has an easy covered roof to extend. Amazing! 👍

very convenient for those traveling to Taipei within a limited time

The boarding locations were easy to find. The buses kept close to scheduled times. The staff onboard was very helpful. The audio guide was easy to understand. However, the narration in the audio guide did not synchronize with the location of the bus. We constantly have to look around where the particular attraction it was talking about was. It was frustrating for us, who are first time visitors to Taipei.

The tour departs at Taipei Main Station which was very convenient for me as I was staying close to the area (I've read reviews and tips prior to coming and realized that staying close to the area would be more beneficial to a solo traveller like me as I took public transport for the most part). I always try the hop-on hop-off buses whenever I visit a new place or city if it's available, so it was interesting as always and I think that taking tours like this is always an interesting and cost-effective to get around a city if you have limited time. :)

Great way to familiarize yourself with the place.

Nice touring around the landmark. No asking whether we would like to alight on next landmark.

A convenient way to tour the city. The bus is always on time.

Honestly, this 1 star was really forced to input otherwise I cant submit the review. This is the worst city tour bus I've taken. Earphones are not given when we board the bus. Yes, we know that Taiwan cares for the environment alot but if there is no option for us to select the language broadcast in the bus, then what is the point of having this tour? Even there's broadcast in the bus, the volumme was not loud to hear what they are trying to introduce. The bus schedule given on the broucher was also not accurate apart from the start point of Taipei Main Station. Is a total disappointment and to be frank, I never even get to enjoy the city tour with this bus. Ended up, waste of money.

Apart from once... it’s tour is conducted in CHINESE only... basically used it as a bus service
