Palm Court in The Langham, Hong Kong | Afternoon Tea, All-day Set Menu
What to expect
This spring, The Langham, Hong Kong is revitalising Palm Court, its iconic lobby lounge, infusing it with new life and spirit. Commencing on 10th June, 2025, Palm Court reopens as Hong Kong’s premier gin destination — a refined bar for aficionados of the botanical spirit, offering an exceptional 350-label gin library and a newly launched series of innovative cocktails, all meticulously crafted by trusted mixologists. Among the collection is The Langham Gin, created in small batches in Hong Kong using the double-distillation style of a classic London Dry. Its complex profile blends herbaceous and floral notes — most notably ginger lily, jasmine tea, and local raw honey — making it the signature expression of the bar.
