The collaboration is inspired by the brand’s flagship YuYu collection, as the hotel’s experienced team of pastry chefs conceptualisesthe intricate jewellery designs and the stories behind the collection in a tasteful collection of treats that resounds the theme.
• Crafted by the pastry team led by The Langham’s executive pastry chef Tin Lai, the savoury treats embellish the abundance of ocean harvest, featuring a melange of seafood as the main focus.
• Crab Meat Pearl - crabmeat is enrobed within geometric crisps of sago chips, puffed to resemble pearls in jewels.
• Marble Scallop Blini pairs the ethereal wheat blinis with fresh sashimi-grade scallops and topped with (insert variety) caviar and gold leaf for a true taste of luxury.
