Usage reminder

  • A minimum rental period of 4 days is required for this device
  • Select the Jakarta package for deliveries in Jabodetabek
  • Important: Please book at least 4 days prior to your flight departure and pay the deposit within 6 hours after booking. If the operator does not receive deposit payment 1 day prior the travel date, your booking will be canceled and WiFi will not be delivered
  • Compensation Charges:
  • In case of damage/loss, the deposited amount will be deducted according to the following penalties below:
  • Loss, damage, or breakage of WiFi device: Up to IDR1,500,000
  • Damaged/lost charger head: IDR75,000
  • Damaged/lost charger cable: IDR50,000
  • Damaged/lost pouch: IDR50,000
  • Late return: Price per day, per device

Activation procedure

  • Please follow the instructions on the manual book on how to activate the device
  • Deposit Procedure:
  • You are required to arrange a payment deposit of IDR500,000 per device within 6 hours after booking. Please pay by bank transfer to this account
  • Once payment is done, please notify the operator directly by contacting the number listed on your voucher
  • Deposit will be returned to your bank account within 3 days after the device has been received by the operator. Transfer fee to different bank will be paid by customer
  • In case of delay in deposit return, please contact the operator via the number listed on your voucher

Drop-off/return Information

  • Deposit is refunded after the device is returned
  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • Any fees incurred from late returns or uninsured lost/damaged devices will be deducted from the deposit. An extra fee will be charged if the deposit is insufficient

Delivery information

  • Your WiFi device will be delivered to you 2 day(s) before your departure date
  • Your deposit will be refunded in about 3 day(s). This may vary depending on the issuing bank
  • Please pay for any extra days you rented the device
  • In case of late returns, lost, or damaged device without insurance, charges will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit is insufficient, an extra charge will be required
  • WiFi Delivery Procedure:
  • Please indicate your delivery address at the checkout page. WiFi will be delivered to you after the deposit has been received by the operator

Cancellation policy

  • No cancellations, refunds, or changes can be made
  • Changes in date or time may be accommodated in cases of cancellation due to force majeure or unforeseen events. This is subject to merchant/operator approval; Klook will not be held responsible for unapproved changes or refunds
