  • Please note: The quantity of the Macaroon WIFI device is limited and subject to a first come, first serve basis
Rental Policy
  • There is a minimum 5 day rental charge
  • If you use the device for more days than you originally paid for, you will be charged at the original retail rate for the extra days until you return the device
  • Day charges are calculated inclusively, for example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
  • You will be charged the days that you are in possession of the WiFi device, whether or not you are using the service (except when you pick the device up 1 day in advance for Mongkok Pick Up)

  • Pick up the device on your DEPARTURE DATE at the Hong Kong International Airport service counter
  • Location: Counter A08, Arrival Hall, Level 5, Terminal 1, HK International Airport
  • Opening hours: 6:30am-11:00pm, daily
  • Drop box for returning devices are available after 11:00pm
  • Please be advised that you will only be able to pick up your device during opening hours
Mongkok Service Counter
  • Pick up the device ONE DAY BEFORE your departure date at the Mongkok service counter
  • Location: Unit 1301, 13/F, Hollywood Plaza, 610 Nathan Rd, Mong Kok
  • Opening hours: 10:00am-8:00pm, daily
  • Please note that it will not be counted as an extra day when you pick up one day before departure

Pick Up Process:

  • Present your printed or mobile voucher at the Airport Service Counter or the Mongkok Service Counter
  • Pay the HKD500 deposit via credit card. You card will be placed under credit card authorization hold. Please note that only credit card transactions will be accepted unless you book the device for more than 10 days (Union Pay, Electronic credit card will not be accepted)
  • Receive the pocket Wi-Fi device and start surfing!

Return Information:

  • Return the device to the Airport Service Counter
  • If application, you will be charged for the extra days of services
  • The pick up and drop off days are inclusive in the booking period, any extra days will be charged at the original retail rate
  • The full deposit of HKD500 will be returned upon inspection of the device in proper working condition
  • If the device is returned to the drop-off box after 11:00pm, the deposit will be returned to your bank account within 7 business days
  • Please note: You must inform the counter staff that you intend to use the drop-off box service upon picking up your device and have your bank account information collected

    reception poor. can only got connection half of the time. horrible battery, charged for one whole night, battery exhausted after just 4 hours. not recommended.

    Took a while for the pocket wifi to initialize and be connected to the Australian network but it seems ok now after being connected. Haven't been using itnfor too long but it seems that the battery is heavy duty. At the airport in HK though, the staff could be a little more customer friendly. But then again that's HK but the company Inused before had froendlier staff.
