Very convenient, we no longer haggle with the people offering taxi service at the airport. After the bus drop off, a private car arrived to bring us to our accommodation. Plus kudos to the our driver, he’s very kind to drop us to get the motorcycle that we rented. 💗
At first we thought we’re ride a bus then will be transferred after the bus reached its stop to our hotel. But Southwest provided a van that transported us directly to our hotel. Great service!

This service is very affordable and convenient. The bus is very clean and the staff courteous and helpful. They follow a strict schedule. I got the airport to hotel package for P200 and it was so convenient. From the airport, I took the P2P bus and transferred to a private car at the transport hub going to my hotel. Highly recommended! I wish all airports in the country would have this kind of service.
I expected to wait since my flight arrives at 9:40 and the bus schedule indicated 10:20 but the bus was already there waiting for me. All I had to do was show my voucher. It was super convenient. The driver immediately took care of my luggage and I gotta to chill and wait in the bus. they also have really comfy seats and the ride was fast and smooth. I would definitely have them again for my ride back to the airport.
Hassle free. They allocate 15 mins after your said time of your booking. They really follow their schedule of leaving the terminal. They also have allocation for your baggage so you can sit comfortably. This is better than getting a van near sm city.
As a first time solo traveler in Iloilo, I highly recommend the P2P + hotel transfer of Southwest. I have made my booking the night before the actual trip and I was worried that there might be problems in terms of coordinating with Southwest considering that my scheduled pick up time was 6:40am. I am glad that the Southwest staff were very accommodating and very responsive when it comes to my queries. Overall, it was very convenient considering that I have an early flight back to Manila and that the driver arrives on time. Kudos to my driver, kuya Charles!
