Luggage Information

• The allowed baggage should not exceed a size of 2m (length, breadth, and depth) and 30 kg
• The size and number of carry-on baggage/personal belongings are per person

Eligibility

• This offer is not available for Japanese passport holders
• Children aged 12+ will be charged the same rate as adults
• Children who do not occupy a seat will be free of chage

Additional information

• Eating and drinking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited
• Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited
• Please note that one child seat is equivalent to one passenger
• The name on the pass must match the name of the traveler

Seat reservation

• Local buses and ferries do not require seat reservations
• Some highway buses may require seat reservations, available up to one month in advance
• Seat on highway buses can be reserved online here or at service counters throughout Kyushu
• The SUNQ Pass by Nishitetsu will no longer be valid on the "Express Bus Fukuoka - Nagato Yumoto Onsen Line" starting from July 1, 2025
