absolutely amazing trip today and a lovely helpful couple of guides (Mabel and Habi) to help us along the way. Lake farm hill and the most delicious gelato, Lake Toya and Mount Uzu were breathtaking and stunning. so glad we choose this trip.

Tour guide Habi was extremely detailed and gave even historical background of Hokkaido. he's extremely helpful and friendly, offering to take photos for pur family. i like the small tour group and driver skills were excellent in snowing icy roads. Views were superb, especially ontop Mount Usu. very highly recommended tour. big thanks to Habi and driver.

Tour guide Olivia is awesome! ! ! Always smiling and sincere, you can feel that he loves Hokkaido from the bottom of his heart❤️ He shared a lot of knowledge and characteristics of Hokkaido, which made the whole trip more exciting! Great itinerary! Manage to see a lot in a day and it wasn’t a really rushed itinerary. Olivia has provided very clear instructions on the meeting point. This was a mixed Chinese and English tour and Olivia has tried her best to converse in both languages. However majority of the time was conversed in Chinese since most people on the tour can understand Chinese, so it really depends who is on the tour with you. It would great if there is a bit more English translation. Olivia provided a lot of dinner recommendations after the tour which was really helpful. Olivia also took the extra mile to guide us through the train station after the tour. Overall a really great trip.

The tour guide is very serious and responsible. He speaks four languages at one time and is not rushed. This time, I will experience the beautiful scenery of autumn and winter. This time I participated in two one-day tours in Hokkaido. The arrangements for this group were very good. The pick-up car was a large tour bus, so long-distance driving was not difficult. The tour guide also carefully arranged the seats for all group members, which is commendable! The itinerary of each group is similar, but you can only add points for details. The tour guide introduces Hokkaido in three languages: Cantonese, Mandarin and English, which is worth extra points!

I participated in the Noboribetsu/Lake Toya one-day tour. I originally thought that the scenery of Lake Toya was very beautiful, but I was a bit disappointed. The scenery of Usu volcano was so beautiful that I had to go and see it. In addition, Noboribetsu Hell Valley has its own characteristics.
