Driver was punctual and it was a very smooth ride to the airport. I'm extremely pleased with the service. will use again during my next holiday.

Great service! They communicate with you via WhatsApp prior to your arrival to let you know who your driver would be. After our flight was delayed for 8 hours, they seamlessly switched to a different driver to pick us up and communicated this as well. Splurge for the meet and greet. It is always nice to have someone holding up a sign with your name right as you come out of customs. Will use them again.

Actually, when traveling to Bangkok, the most annoying thing is finding transportation. I've also experienced calling Grab many times, and it's always late. It might say a 19-minute wait, but you could end up waiting for 40 minutes and then get canceled. So, for getting to the airport on time, I think it's important to find a reliable company. Last year, I tried booking Klook for a ride from Bangkok airport to the hotel, and the process was smooth. When we arrived, they even asked to take photos with the luggage at the hotel before the drivers left, because they need to report back to Klook. So, I felt very safe. This year, I booked Klook for both arrival and departure. This time, the drivers WhatsApp you in advance to confirm, so we can all contact each other if anything happens. Also, on the day of my return trip, I had already planned for 1 hour and 15 minutes to get back to the hotel from Chinatown, but the driver suggested we arrange for 4:30 PM pick up because he was worried about traffic causing delays. I thought, 'I have a whole hour, so I'll definitely be early.' So, I agreed. I didn't expect him to tell me that he was already waiting at the hotel (at 3:30 PM)! I felt quite reassured at that moment, not worried that he would take other jobs and arrive late. Unexpectedly, due to traffic, I finally arrived at the hotel at the originally planned time of 5:00 PM, and he was still nice to me. So, I'm quite satisfied with the service.
