Value for money tour especially for solo travelers. The drop off arrangement was a little messy as the bus could not access some of the roads where our hotels were at, could have been better. Good tour overall for the price you pay

What To Expect

Temples, temples, temples… well, that is why you're in Siem Reap after all. This tour is hands down the best way to explore Cambodia's incredible feats of religious architecture. Begin at Ta Prohm temple, where ancient stones and massive tree roots are locked in battle. These ruins overgrown with trees made the atmospheric backdrop for scenes in the 'Tomb Raider' movies. Then it's onwards to Angkor Thom ancient walled city and the mystical Bayon temple adorned with hundreds of smiling faces carved into the sandstone. Roam further into the temple complex and immerse yourself in stories told by your local Khmer guide before seeking out a shaded area to enjoy a hot Cambodian picnic lunch, at your own expense. End the tour with a bang: a visit to the jewel of the Khmer Empire, the amazing Angkor Wat, where founding inscriptions are plentiful, and the Phnom Bakheng, home to the first of the temple-mountains built in Angkor. Reflect on Cambodia's troubled history and contemplate the secrets as you stroll through these masterpieces of architecture and engineering.

Great service! On time as always. Good English speaking tour guide

The tour guide was walking too fast and we could not catch him up and we were lost from the whole tour at the first spot (Angkor Wat). He also forgot to give us his phone number and we cannot contact him. So, we called the company to look for him and we waited him for more than 1.5 hours. The restaurant we visited was in decent environment and with delicious dishes.

We were able to visit the important temples in Angkor. This is an essential tour for beginners and first-timers.

This tour really depends on which tour guide you get and the size of the tour itself. If the tour group is too big its extremely slow as we often have to wait & look for missing parties of the group. Also (unlike the first tour we took with Klook that had Sok as our tour guide) our tour guide on the second day did not provide much info nor was he much help to us, which made it extremely boring.

It was amazing tour... the driver arrive on time. And the tour guide is a funny guy. He’s good but there’s so many tourist that time. So you don’t have enough time to appreciate the temples. For the one who has a little budget this is ok.

I would like to share that if you got enough lucky you’ll meet a good tour guide. My tour guide were totally ... his english is not good at all, we can not understand most of information, the way he told the story was so Cambodia lish?! too difficult to hear and understand. He is quite young - around 35-40ys, I saw other older tour guide are verry good at English. And most of time he did nothing much, just took us to the temple, told some history that we didnt understand then we went to inside temples ourselves and on time go to the parking lot to find him and bus then keep going on until the end tour.

Amazing trip! Our tour guide was very helpful and informative about anything we ask

Overall, it was a fun (but tiring) experience! Make sure you bring sunblock and good walking shoes. Our tour guide was very dedicated. He made sure that he tells us the story of each temple. I definitely recommend this tour!

Our guide Kha was very informative in explaining the history of the Angkor period as well as the origins of the temples. My advice would be to go to the national museum before going on this tour, for those who really want to understand the history and to get some context prior to visiting the temples. Other than the pickup coming 30mins late (reason for the 4 star), I think this tour is worth booking. Note that lunch is on your own expense, as indicated.
