Pick up was in a van shared with other tour mates. Tour guide was friendly. Unfortunately it rained on the last temple where we are supposed to see our sunset and the visit was cancelled because the tour guide did not want us to go up. Sunset also cannot be viewed due to the clouds. Some of the tour mates continued trekking up the mountain alone with umbrellas as they didnt want to miss any visiting. If you plan on doing this or to have a back up plan, do bring along raincoat and sandals.

What To Expect

Temples, temples, temples… well, that is why you're in Siem Reap after all. This tour is hands down the best way to explore Cambodia's incredible feats of religious architecture. Begin at Ta Prohm temple, where ancient stones and massive tree roots are locked in battle. These ruins overgrown with trees made the atmospheric backdrop for scenes in the 'Tomb Raider' movies. Then it's onwards to Angkor Thom ancient walled city and the mystical Bayon temple adorned with hundreds of smiling faces carved into the sandstone. Roam further into the temple complex and immerse yourself in stories told by your local Khmer guide before seeking out a shaded area to enjoy a hot Cambodian picnic lunch, at your own expense. End the tour with a bang: a visit to the jewel of the Khmer Empire, the amazing Angkor Wat, where founding inscriptions are plentiful, and the Phnom Bakheng, home to the first of the temple-mountains built in Angkor. Reflect on Cambodia's troubled history and contemplate the secrets as you stroll through these masterpieces of architecture and engineering.

this package is only cover the small round trip around angkor wat, not include terraces of elephant, phnom bakheng for sunsets view, feel kinda short and end up early on 3pm. but overall satisfy.

Its a great experience and the guide was knowledgeable and very detailed in the explanation. The overall length of the experience was just right, not too long since the summer months are actually a little hot to visit during. There is pickup from the hotel which is carried out on time.

Our beloved tour guide is awesome and know the historical facts inside out. His detailed explanation makes our journey in discovering ANGKOR WAT in a wonderful way. He has a good sense of humor and pretty interesting guy ! He is a kind soul and we had the privilege to meet the survived photographer of Plo Plot from the Killing Field. I will strongly recommend a tour like this to enhance your experience in uncovering the mystery of ANGKOR WAT.

Our tour guide So Kah is super friendly and really know the history of cambodia. He is also very helpful in taking pictures. Visited Angkor wat, Ta Prohm, Bayon, Angkor Thom, Ba phoun and elephant terraces. Although the tour didn't take 9 hrs, it was ok since we're all tired and we visited a lot of temple already. The van is a bit old though and aircon is not super cold but it's better than tuktuk i guess. They provide lots of bottled water and a cold towel. I would recommend this tour.

Nice tour. Friendly tour guide. Delicious cambodian lunch

Guide was quite informative, and helpful. He also knew the good spots to take photos, to avoid crowds and he was a good photographer too! The bus made it very convenient to travel to different Temples, and we covered a lot in 1 day. The bus aircon was quite weak though, and lunch wasn't too fantastic. But definitely one of the cheapest and most value tours around for Angkor Wat!

Our guide was very nice and personable, very knowledgeable of Cambodian history. He was the best at taking pictures! Angkor Wat was everything I was expecting and much more! We love the fact that we were the only ones on the tour. The lunch was very tasty, it felt like a homemade cook meal. We had all the cold Bottle water that we needed and cold towels to refresh. The only thing I regret is not remembering our guide's name and the drivers name. Overall I would 100% recommend this tour to my friends and family.

the guide Mr. Ly was kinda cool and very informative. He always cracks jokes in a subtle way and i just like it that way. the cambodian FOOD was GREAT. the van was kinda hot inside, maybe the a/c aint that strong. but all in all the angkor tout was great.
