[Maintenance Notice]

1. The Guangzhou Tower's Extreme Sky Drop project will be closed for maintenance from November 24 to November 25, 2025 (2 days in total). During the maintenance period, the 480-meter Extreme Sky Drop package and the 488-meter Canton Tower Inclined package will be suspended.
2. The Ferris wheel project will be closed for maintenance from December 15 to December 19, 2025 (5 days in total). During the maintenance period, the 460-meter Ferris wheel package and the 488-meter Canton Tower Inclined package will be suspended. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!

[Please note]:

• Children without ID cards can use the accompanying adult's ID card to purchase tickets.
• [Opening hours] The Guangzhou Tower is open from 09:30-22:30, and the time for tourists to enter the tower is 09:30-22:00. Please refer to the on-site ticket hall for holidays and special event days. [Ticket collection method] To redeem tickets and enter the tower, you must present your valid ID. On the day of your visit, go to the West Ticket Hall of Guangzhou Tower with the ticket redemption code or valid ID to redeem your tickets. Tickets for the same order must be collected at one time. [Staggered sightseeing] Tourists need to redeem tickets and enter the tower according to the time period of the purchased tickets. If tourists miss the deadline for entering the tower due to personal reasons, they will be responsible for the losses. [Special suspension] The outdoor sightseeing area is susceptible to weather conditions. Please pay attention to the weather conditions and related announcements on Guangzhou Tower’s Weibo and WeChat official accounts. If, on the day of your visit, the Guangzhou Tower delays or suspends the opening of some projects due to irresistible weather factors or mechanical facility maintenance: (1) Tourists who have not redeemed their tickets can contact Ctrip customer service to apply for a full refund on the day of their visit; (2) Tourists who have redeemed their tickets, please follow the guidance of the scenic spot staff to refund or postpone the unvisited parts (low visibility, rain, fog and other weather conditions after entering the tower cannot be used as a reason for refund). [Security check] Before entering the tower, please cooperate with the Guangzhou Tower security personnel to accept security checks. Please do not carry the following items into the tower: lighters and other flammable and explosive materials, beverages, radio-controlled toys, aviation models, and kites and other liftable items (see Guangzhou Tower security check regulations for details). [Safety instructions] Tourists who are under 1.4 meters tall, over 1.95 meters tall, weigh over 95 kilograms, are over 65 years old, are pregnant, or have a fear of heights, high blood pressure, heart disease, mental illness, are drunk, have prosthetics, or have mobility problems are not suitable for participating in Extreme Sky Drop. Children under 1.5 meters must be accompanied by an adult to participate in recreational activities. For tourists who do not comply with the safety regulations of the amusement project, the staff has the right to refuse their eligibility to play, and the tourists themselves shall bear the corresponding economic and legal responsibilities for the adverse consequences arising therefrom.

• Guangzhou Tower needs to be visited in different time periods, divided into the following 6 time periods
• 9:30 - 12:00
• 12:00 - 14:00
• 14:00 - 16:00
• 16:00 - 18:00
• 18:00 - 20:00
• 20:00 - 22:00
