- The SIM card must be activated within 90 day(s) after pick up. It is strongly recommended to activate your SIM card as soon as you arrive at your destination to avoid any instances of failed activation
- Simply plug in and turn on data roaming in your phone settings to start using your SIM
- Please see the instructions in the manual that comes in with the SIM card package

- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period
- This SIM package includes call and SMS which will be 9GB + 100 THAI BHAT for calls
- All SIM cards have a maximum of 9GB consummable data within 8 days. Internet speed will drop at 3G with unlimited data once all volume allocation has been used up
- 2G phones or below are not supported for this SIM card package
- For SIM card courier services, please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you
- If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card

On time received the SIM card. It’s super easy to connect to the internet. All you need it just insert the SIM card and turn on the Data Mode (for iPhone users). Most importantly it’s provided the pin and installation guidelines!!! Definitely will purchase again.

The delivery time was fast and data speed was okay. Becareful if you’re going to national park as there may be no connection. Overall, its worth if you’re using it around Bangkok.

Received the sim card 1-2days after booking made. Coverage was ok and my family members are satisfied with this. Visited Bangkok, Khao Kho & Khao Yai during Jan 2020, only poor coverage at the mountain, but other places are fine. The price is cheaper than airport. If we purchase at airport it cost us 299Baht. Easy installed, with some guideline in mandarin.

The experience of 4G Data line consider stable in koh samui. We have no problem to connect at the tourist spot. The price for this is sim card is reasonable and come with 15GB package. we will definitely buy the sim card again in our next trip in Thailand
