Route Instructions for Innovation Land Shuttle Bus
- All routes to Innovation Land offer free boarding (Follow the Innovation Land official WeChat account, register as an Innovation Land member, and present the QR code from the member center for free boarding). Users who are unable to register, please inform the driver and register personal information for free boarding.
- In the following cases, free shuttle bus tickets for leaving Innovation Land can be redeemed at the Innovation Land shopping mall service desk or the Hyatt Regency Hengqin front desk:
- Guests of Hyatt Regency Hengqin can redeem 4 tickets for any route with their room card or invoice of the day's check-out.
- Each Lion Gates Entertainment or National Geographic Explorer Center ticket of the day can be redeemed for 1 ticket for any route.
- Any same-day receipt from Innovation Land Shopping Mall, Hyatt Regency Hengqin, Lion Gates Entertainment, or National Geographic Explorer Center can be redeemed for 1 ticket for any route.
- Shuttle bus service will be suspended when a Red Weather Warning is in effect. When an Amber or Yellow Weather Warning is in effect, or after a Red Weather Warning is lifted, please call 18025090868 to inquire about shuttle bus operation status.
- Buses heading towards Chimelong only drop off passengers at the Hengqin Passenger Terminal bus stop; buses heading towards the Hengqin Port do not stop at the University of Macau Hengqin Campus bus stop.
Important Notes on Ticket Redemption
- Please book your ticket at least 1 hour before entering the park. The ticket can only be used 1 hour after successful booking.
