Vivaldi Park-Snowyland/ Nami / Alpaca/ Strawberry Picking

Very nice winter experience in Seoul. Tour guide Jake is very kind, he even waited for a couple of minutes because we were late at the pick up point. Premium shuttle service for a 8-people in a group. Will recommend this to others.

Josh, our tour guide is wonderful. traveling with small kids is not easy, especially joining group tours. He explained everything clearly, and set expectations, so we know where to go and what we need to do. book this tour, we highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time on this tour to Alpaca World, Snowyland, and the strawberry farm. As an animal lover, Alpaca World was definitely a thumbs up for me! Snowyland was quite crowded, but we still had lots of fun on the rides. The strawberry-picking experience was enjoyable, and the strawberries were very fresh and sweet. All the activities were great for our family, even though the schedule felt a bit rushed at times. Our tour guide David was very nice, interactive, and recommended great food. Most importantly, he managed the schedule very well and made sure everyone was on time, which made the whole trip smooth and awesome. Also want to thank the driver for driving carefully and keeping us safe on the road. I even regret not booking this tour during my last visit. It was really worth it. Overall, a great family experience and highly recommended.

We had a fantastic time at Vivaldi Park and Alpaca World! The experience was very affordable and well worth it for everything included. The scenery was beautiful, and Alpaca World was such a fun and unique experience — perfect for all ages. A special shoutout to our tour guide, Rose — she was amazing! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole day smooth and enjoyable. You can really tell she cares about the guests and loves what she does. If you’re visiting Korea, this tour is an absolute must-do. Highly recommended!

Jesse is a nice and friendly guide. He gave us good recommendations of places to go and soveneirs buy for friends. The itinerary is good, covering all that we wanted to go. Lunch is also good but have to pay separately.

We joined the Alpaca World + Snowy Land tour yesterday and had a great experience overall. Our guide, Yamy, was fantastic! She planned the itinerary really well so we didn’t have to rush or squeeze with other tour groups. She also arranged for us to pre-order our lunch menus during the bus ride, so we could eat immediately upon arrival and spend more time enjoying the attractions. She also briefed us thoroughly on the ski rental equipment and clothing and provided a price list in advance, which helped us save a lot of time when we got there. The only downside was the lunch stop — the food wasn’t great in terms of taste or value. A better restaurant choice would really improve the overall experience.

we had so much in doing this activity but originally i have purchased a package which includes nami isla and snowy island but they changed it to snowy land and alpaca but nonetheless it’s worth it. my children was so much happy. Our driver was polite.

our trip to alpacaworld and vivaldi snowpark was great, driver was accomodating and good. our host / guide CK was entertaining and was considerate! our family had fun, traveled with 2 kids. rent early for snow gear and kids less than 12 are free in terms of rental snow gear

My mom and cousin enjoyed the tour so much. Our tour guide david is very helpful and hard working, by the way he's also a very good looking korean guy😉. Our tour is quite a bit rush 1 hr per destination. For alpaca world i advice to bring a small container for their food so you can feed them little by little and take a quick shot. Alpaca eat so quick like it only took them 3 seconds to eat all the food😂 For the strawberry picking tour pick the big strawberry, its much sweeter than the smaller one. We only manage to have a 1 ride at Snowyland.

i loved this tour! we chose to have 2 activities only for the day, to gave more time at the snowyland. we felt we needed more time! haha! it was really fun! it was weekend when we came so maybe it was kinda jampacked. but its totally fine coz everybody is havibg a good time. will definitely come visit again and will choose to stat for the whole day next time. we loved it. thanks zero our tour guide for the patience.
