I love mountain biking and I think SOM and his team are well-equipped and extremely informative. Water was provided. Bicycles and helmets were in a very good condition, using GT mountain bike with hydraulic brakes. However we encountered a heavy rain while visiting Angkor Wat. Som has prepared rain jackets for us. The route are suitable for beginners, though would be a bit demanded when the trail became muddy after the rain. Som is experienced and provided useful information during the tour.

Insider Tips

What to wear:

  • Sturdy footwear like sneakers/trainers
  • Comfortable clothing
  • Sunglasses and a hat
  • Bring a camera

Important notes:

  • This cycle is recommended for people with a reasonable level of fitness. However it is 30km on mainly flat tracks with numerous stops for photos, temple exploration and refreshments
  • It is extremely important that you don't hand out gifts, sweets or money to children or villagers as this contributes to the begging cycle, creates jealousy issues and can cause problems

Insider Tips:

  • Cambodia is warm throughout the year, so if you're caught out in the rainy season, the good news is you'll dry off very quickly! Keeping hydrated and protected from the sun is important at all times of yea

I love this tour so much. It was such a nice experience through the jungles, countryside of Siem Reap. I love it. Grasshopper did a great amazing tour here, providing us so delicious feast for lunch, 2litres of water and fruit snack at the half tour. Especially Mr Sambo our tour guide is very friendly and really caring. :)

Me and my family love this activity. I must call this one for the books. My only suggestion is they should give a certificate that you had finished the 36km activity in order to boost the confidence of the participant

This tour is enjoyable indeed.. the tour guide Mr. Chen is really knowledgeable about the history of the temples and we learned a lot about Cambodia from him. The assistant tour guide was really helpful as well. Whenever I feel so tired cycling he'll just tell me to rest my legs and he'll hold my bike or back while hes cycling so my bike will run as well without any effort from my legs haha. The Khmer food on our lunch was the best Khmer food I've ever tasted in Cambodia too. It's best to order different food individually then just share so everyone can taste everything haha cos the individual servings are really huge anyway .. that's what we did and we get to taste so many dishes ☺️

Was a very enjoyable n fullfilling ride. Didnt complete the whole journey, gave up on the last 10km cycle back. Took a tuk tuk back on the last stretch free of charge. Sufficient of water n coconut water during breaks , lunch and ending point. Very much recommended

Great experience to explore some of the lesser seen aspects of the temples while our lead biker (Sam from grasshopper adventures) explain some of the features and stories behind it. We cycled longer than 30km but that was alright for me. It was a great workout and enjoyable way to see the Angkor areas.

This is really a good tour to see and learn more about the Angkor Wat or the history behind it. Although I only know very basic or I only have basic skills in bicycle and cannot complete the tour using the bicycle, the head of the tour arranged a tuktuk service for me in the entire tour free of charge which is really nice and I can still managed to join the tour. Both lunch and free snack with fruits were really nice. Overall a great experience to visit the Angkor Wat using the Klook service. Very easy and convenient for a solo traveler like me :-)
