To wrap up our Sapa trip with my nieces and nephews living in Hanoi, Vietnam, we took a one-day city tour bus around Hanoi. I was a bit worried because it had been raining since morning, but we decided to go out and wait it out over lunch. The weather cleared up, so we immediately booked tickets, exchanged them at the booth, and boarded the bus, which was incredibly convenient. The city tour was enjoyable and informative, with audio commentary available in various languages via headphones at each famous spot, and the estimated one-hour duration flew by. I was very satisfied with the open-air view from the second floor and the air conditioning, which made it comfortable even in the hot midday sun.

The bus was always on time. The staff explained their route well. The seats were also comfortable especially those in the airconditioned sections. The spots were also well selected so you can really explore the highlights of your Hanoi stay.

Best way to end your Hanoi Trip! I highly recommend to catch the night tour because it was very nice to explore Hanoi at night. Aside from its colder, I personally liked the city lights at night. Don’t missed this when you are in Hanoi

It was a great experience, taking the almost 1 hour non-get off ride around Hanoi. The weather was excessively hot, and we sat upper deck where half was indoor with air-conditioning and the other half was open-air. So glad the upper deck had an air-conditioned section. This, enjoyed seeing sights from the bus & getting respite from the heat. Highly recommended.

The bus was spacious and in excellent condition. However, if you’re sitting on the second floor, be cautious of the wires and tree branches as the bus travels along the road for safety purposes. Overall, it was a pleasant trip for sightseeing.

One of the activities that you shouldn't miss when visiting Hanoi. Although, I could have availed the midday so I can still see some historic places, as some structures don't have lights. Tip: Pls bring 3.5mm earphones/headphones so you'll know what place you are heading.

ease of booking on Klook: very easy but we need to go to Hoan Kiem Lake sightseeing double-decker booth to get the ticket. service: good service price: cheap but worth it experience: nice experience but meetup is in Hoan Kiem Lake and the last stop is in Hanoi Opera House. would like to experience it again but with another group of family or friends
