Istanbul Welcome Card

The card was not delivered at all, and the customer service staff responded slowly. They responded three times and kept asking for confirmation. I am really helpless when encountering this kind of problem abroad.

I met two tour guides, both of whom gave very detailed explanations, answered all questions, and spoke very fluently in English. Although this is my second time in Istanbul, I feel like I really get to know this city this time! If you want to travel in depth, you can book this trip, it’s worth the price!

I like the option that the card can send directly to hotel. So, when we arrive and check in to the hotel, the staff directly give us the package. Nice service.

It is very tourist friendly. convenient to use. I would definitely reccomend this to my friends and families

ordered this card upon my arrival in Istanbul and got it the next day morning. it includes guided tours for the major points of interest in the city plus a transportation card. huge bang for the buck!

The first thing you need to purchase when traveling to istanbul. Explore major attractions through their public transport. Their hop on hop bus is amazing in your first day here.

we did the guided tour of Hagia Sophia with Hakan and we think the entire tour was exceptional. Hakan was really well verse, passionate and patient. Thank you Istanbul welcome card for this arrangement

Cards will received at our hotel before we arrived. We received a transport card but however this tour required tour guides to bring you in most of the locations’ entry points. We thought we could enter these locations just by using the “transport card” 😅 Meeting point to find the tour guides was easy to find. Overall it was convenient for first timers :)
