Its a peace of mind when you can continue shopping or visiting attraction place, especially if you need to transfer from one hotel to another. The staff will update you once they collected your luggage and send it to designated location. Send a pic of your luggage too! So you will not have to worry!

Airluga staffs are generous, friendly and supportive. My flight landed after midnight which out of theirs service time but they still provide space to storage my luggage safe also send my luggage to hotel very fast. I'd recommended Airluga to everyone.

After I paid for the service the lady called me saying they couldn’t deliver my luggage on time due to their problems with logistics. She then asked me to cancel the delivery. Since it’s stated that the purchase is non-refundable, I called to Klook customers support and ask them what to do. They assured me, they’d work on my problem and I’d have my refund within 3-4 days. It’s been almost a week now and I still have nothing from them. It’s the first time I have such an unpleasant experience with booking a service through Klook.

Airluga is an excellent luggage storage solution. At the Bangkok airport this is probably the only provider that lets you store upto two bags for the price of one. My flight landed at 10:00 pm and it was taking time for immigration and passport control, but the lady at Airluga counter was constantly in touch with me through WhatsApp. I recommend Airluga. Plus, the deal through Klook is cheaper.
